Experience :Restaurant

Hi, Should A waiter or a service person get the appreciation instead a Chef who've prepared the food should get appreciation???? Last night I was busy with a work in restaurant and all of sudden by 11:15 a family of 3 peoples entered with a warm smile , He's the first guy who was askin for the Chef incharge and greeted him and even gave him some money to chef as a token of appreciation. That guy was very much appreciative and encouraging that the environment near him will definatiely be in a positive as well as happy for most of time. The thing which i learned from is always appriciate the work who definately deserve as well as encourage the one who is lacking in his work instead of pointing out his fault and making him feel low. One should respect everyone and try to become appriciative as well as encouraging. .sam
