Happiness!!!!!!! TRUE HAPPINESS!!!!! HELPING OTHERS - EXPERIENCE

True Happiness!!!!

Yeah there are different types of happiness. Some people like to make joke on others that’s their happiness,Some like to go to gym, some like to meditate, some like to explore, some like food etc…
These are few of the things from which people get happiness and do it.
WOW!!!! When I think about those moments I truly can feel the Happiness abundantly !!!!
It is the Incident which happened when I was pursuing my Bsc.Hospitality studies in the year 2012
From our college they used to send us for Waitings [only hotel management students can understand]
At five star hotels. This is the hotel in Bandra west near bandstand, it is the regularly in evening time starting from 6:00 Pm.
It was the month of Feb after college we went for waiting before entering we friends together did timepass near bandstand looking at couples, smoking, sitting at the stones and clicking pictures etc.

It was a regular function, by 7:30 we went to have dinner, and normally by 12:00 they leave us.
We rush to bus stop to get the last bus which is at 00:15 AM.
It was regular cycle for us and in bus only we distribute the wages which we get on daily basis.
While waiting for the conductor to give ticket my eyes went on a guy who was thin and upset within him it was like he was in his own world.
At that time the ticket rates were around 12 Rupees, When conductor approached him for ticket he gave 5 Rupees and said “itna hi he” this much only I’ve. I was curiously observing him and for a minute I was recollection my own situation sometimes the same thing happens with just 1 rupee shot I used to walk from borivali stn to hme, so taught of helping him by paying for him and I paid.
Then we friends were busy in ball talks among each others, we reached Bandra station get down from bus were smoking and discussing general things about college.
All of sudden I saw the guy for whom I purchased the tickets, he was walking slowly-slowly towards station with heads seeing the ground as if he have no plans what to do next, Then all of sudden I got a strike on mind that possibly he might not have the money to travel home. So taught of giving him 50 rupees for his travelling, went near him asked him where he is residing???
He said “bhaiya” here only nearby then I gave him 50 rupees and told him that use it for your travelling, he refused to accept that money.
Then I taught he needs company to go so started enquiring about his residence, he was not able to speak hindi properly and whatever I asked him he replied back in English if its a tough words in hindi.

When I started continuously asking questions he started crying. I felt very bad and pity and was wondering why he was crying,
Then he started saying I ran away from house and my native is HYDERABAD, I was shocked to hear about this then next sentence which he said made me very low within me. He said that he didn’t had food from last two days. OMG!!! This made me think a lot and on the other hand wanted to know why he came from house.
Took him to the nearest restaurant Yaadgaar near Bandra station, Ordered chinese noodles full one by two as I was also feeling hungry, Meanwhile he started saying “Thank you Bhaiya” continuously and he was filled with tears.
He ate the food and my hunger was also no more with a lots of happiness I gave my part of food to him only then we drank Thumbs-up.
Then I asked him what happened? Why he ran from home?
He started narrating the story behind his run from home, He said he is in plus 2 i.e 12th and he didn’t wanted to take science stream however because of family pressure he took science and he managed to clear his 11th however in 12th since its a state board he was much more in pressure to clear and clear in good percentage. Since his Dad was working in a GOVT organisation with a reputed post.
Then I asked him your final exams have still more time to go then why you and told him you should have informed this to your DAD or MOM about this.
He said I was in hostel so that I can study properly and complete my 12th and I visit home only in holidays and from home they come to meet me up regularly in weekends and he even said that he discussed about this concern to matter however his mom told to complete this year studies and from next year they’ll remove from hostel.
He Just gave his semester exams and he knew that he’s not going to clear  the papers hence he took this curious decision which could have made his life upside down if he didn’t met me.
He directly came to railway station after giving his exams with just 20 rupees in hand and got the random train from there without taking the ticket and fortunately he landed here in mumbai, on the first day he had no plans what to do, how to survive here, since the signature food is Vada pav he spent the money which he had for a vada pav.
Then next day morning he attended a blood donation camp and donated his blood just for the Biscuit and juice which they offer, now the next thing is to find a job he came to a famous hotel at bandra for a job ad they asked him for the Resume so he taught of going to a cyber and prepare a resume to submit. He went and prepared a resume now it's time to pay for the service which he used he told that he dont have money then he gave his wrist watch against money.
He finishes telling this much now I was very much confused what to next then one of my friend told to contact his parents so we dialled his father’s number his mom received the call and started crying we were not able to discuss and his father came on line he told that we’ll call tomorrow.
Then I asked him where’s your bag and other stuff since you directly came from exam, he said that he tore his exam hall paper and threw it and same with bag and other stuff.
I taught of taking him to my home but was literally confused weather to take him or not as I’ve 2 sisters, mom, dad and my house is small and since he was stranger cannot predict anything  so was trying to question him and wanted to know whether he’s a genuine guy or he’s facking me.
I intentionally waited till last train at 1:30 am from bandra.
We reached Borivali then still I was not sure whether the person whom I met is genuine of facking its just advice session form me to him and at one point he really seem to be genuine as soon as we reached home Informed this to Dad he asked me to call call his parents and again I dialled now its 3:00 am his dad received the call and my dad explained that he’s in safe hands and informed him not to panic and told that he’s at Borivali in our home and asked him to dial in morning and will discuss what to do next since it's too late.
Next morning we got up normally at 7:00 am  since it was saturday college was not there, His dad called around 8:15 am and asked for address and said we are at Mumbai airport. We as a family were happy that we’ve helped a family since he’s the only Son and they had 1 daughter.
We normally had breakfast and went for a walk at nearby garden, saw a taxi stopping and 4 peoples getting down out from it all of them were curious to see him and his dad came and Hugged me tightly saying thank you very much!!!!! That moment cannot express the feeling and heights of happiness.
His Dad,mama, cousin, teacher were very much happy and were advising him they didn’t scolded him instead were thankful and this happiness of helping was abundant and I was feeling blessed that I did such a big and good help to an unknown person.
This is what my happiness is all about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GIVING IS THE BIGGEST HAPPINESS!!!!!!!
HELPING OTHERS IS THE HIGHEST HAPPINESS!!!!!!

A Thorn in the Garden of Growth | Don't be that Neelambari (Chapter 1)

Sam had always been a dedicated employee, known for his creativity and problem-solving skills. However, his world turned upside down when Mrs. Neelambari became his new manager. From day one, Mrs. Neelambari seemed determined to undermine Sam's confidence. In team meetings, she'd single him out, questioning his methods and decisions. "Why did you approach it this way?" she'd ask, her tone dripping with disapproval. Yet, she never offered constructive feedback or alternative solutions. One day, Sam used an AI writing assistant to draft a complex email to a client. Mrs. Neelambari discovered this and berated him in front of the entire team. "Using AI shows a lack of integrity," she declared. "Are you incapable of writing your own emails?" The irony wasn't lost on Sam. Just last week, Mrs. Neelambari had sent out a company-wide memo riddled with typos and grammatical errors. When a colleague pointed it out, she had shrugged it off with a l...

The Tale of a Fault-Finding Manager | Don't be that Neelambari

In a bustling office where deadlines and deliverables ruled the day, there was a manager named Mrs. Neelambari. On the surface, Mrs. Neelambari appeared competent and detail-oriented, but those who worked closely with her knew a different side—one that was more concerned with pointing out flaws than finding solutions. Among her team was an employee named Sam, who had always been diligent and eager to learn. Sam had a knack for using AI tools to streamline tasks, like drafting emails or creating reports, which allowed the team to focus on more strategic work. However, Mrs. Neelambari didn’t see it that way. The Undermining Begins Every time Sam sent an email that Mrs. Neelambari knew had been assisted by AI, the manager would call Sam out, nitpicking over minor punctuation errors or questioning why they needed to rely on technology at all. "Why do you need AI to write an email? Are you not capable of doing it yourself?" Mrs. Neelambari would say, with a tone that was more cond...
